Dr. Kimberly Kang is a Taiwanese-American harpsichordist based in Long Island, New York. She completed her DMA and MM degrees in harpsichord performance with Arthur Haas at Stony Brook University. She was a recipient of the Phyllis and Charles Rosenthal Fellowship from the Juilliard Historical Performance program and the Bernece B. Lyon Memorial Prize from U.C. Berkeley’s Music Department, where she studied harpsichord with Katherine Heater and organ with George Emblom.

In addition to early music, she is involved in contemporary harpsichord music. She played the U.S. premiere (2024) of John Patrick Thomas’s Concerto for Three Harpsichords as well as the worldwide premiere of Sunset Longings (2025) by James Lee III. She currently serves as the Music Minister at the First Congregational Church in Riverhead, NY.
